This specially designed lamp has a vented shade to keep lamp cool, a 12" gooseneck for easy adjustment, and a inner reflector that increases the intensity and uniformity of light. UL listed up to a 100 watt bulb but special reflector makes a 40 watt quite bright, while reducing heat. Height adjusts from 34" to 59". Base measures 10-5/8" diameter. One year warranty.
