I am partially sighted and have been using the Rover Wheel for two years and I absolutely love it. It is so easy to use on concrete, asphalt and other outdoor materials. A slight twist of your wrist from side to side allows the Rover to give you excellent lateral information. One weakness of the Rover is its axle which consists of one tip on each side of the wheel protruding into the wheel hub. A hard jolt will dislodge the wheel. I fixed this by cutting off the two tips, drilling a couple holes, and inserting a long screw through the hub with a nut to hold it tight. I have had no proublems since and I recommend the Rover Wheel to anyone who is partially sighted and is tired of scraping or tap taping along sidewalks.

I have been using a Rover wheel for two years and really like it. I am partially sighted and use it everywhere I go. I did have to alter it by drilling holes through the fork and installing a full axle with a nut to secure it. I recommend it for any paratially sighted person who is tired of worn roller tips getting caught in cracks, etc.
