My husband is an 82-year old quad (C-7)--general weakness and mental fatigue require simplicity in whatever he does. He can use this phone without technical demands and frustration. That keeps me happier, too. This phone replaces a long line of others that were not satisfying.
we're purchasing a 2nd one of this.
