It works absolutely great. It was also very easy to program to the TV. I only rate it down from a 5 to a 4 because it supposedly only works on the TV. This is great if you have cable with no box as is my mom whom I bought it for. However, with satellite or AT&T U-Verse, I guess it would be rendered useless. All in all a good product for what it is.
