This talking atomic alarm clock also comes with a remote control so that you can request the time up to 30 feet away from the clock. Unit will speak the time, alarm time, date, month, year, and weekday, as well as the temperature. Clock requires 2 C batteries (not included) or can run battery free on an optional AC adapter (NI). Remote requires 2 AAA batteries (NI).

I bought one of these clocks for my wife, and I have to say, she is delighted with it. The voice is unusually clear, and it gives a lot of information. The remote works fine, although its usefulness is limited for us. Still, I'd highly recommend it.
