This lamp can be used with round base SKU 50010 or black caster stand SKU 50018-B, sold separately. The lamp will always be shipped with the clamp mount.
Warranty: 1 year electrical, 5 year mechanical, no warranty on light bulbs.
Luxo has a separation on their warranty - which we weren't aware of and do not indicate in our catalog.
5 years on "mechanical" parts of their lamps (arms, necks and joints) and 1 year on "electrical" items (ballasts, switches, sockets).
If the item is out of warranty, they will repair the lamp at the customer's expense for parts, shipping and labor.
