Unlike the Orion TI36 Scientific Calculator, the Platon Scientific Calculator is a piece of junk. The basic functions such as adding, subtracting, division and multipling work okay. But when you attempt to set up compound interest which is in the financial calculation of this machine, you might spend several minutes and never acturally get your problem setup. The other algebraic functions like wise are slow to respond.
I suggest saving your money and purchase the Orion TI36 which cost a little more but is a good calculator.
