I have a hearing aid and the customer service lady helped me find this phone. It is excellent for me. I can clearly hear every conversation on this phone. I called LS&S back because I was having trouble getting to store the phone numbers, and they helped me set up memory on the phone. I wish the Caller ID had bigger characters - sometimes I feel they are too small and I have to squint to read. Today, I just bought a second handset to put in my bedroom.
