Product Reviews

  • Great gift

  • Gift to my Mom from my daughter. Mom has macular degeneration and has very limited vision. She LOVES it. The alarm is too soft to wake her but she moves it room to room through the day. It is light and the buttons are few so it isn't confusing. Big plus!

  • Great clock!

  • This is a wonderful and simple clock. I bought it from grams, but now I want one of my own. It is nice to be able to just hit the big green button for the time. It's simple and reliable, she loves it. Thank you

  • Great Customer Service

  • I ordered this clock only to find when it arrived and I put new batteries in it, it did not work. I called your customer service center and was greeted by a "live" friendly person who instantly apologized for any inconvenience this apparent defective product caused me. She first asked if I put new batteries in and we made sure they were in correctly. After some troubleshooting, she told me to go ahead and discard the product, and that LS&S would reship a working clock right away. I received a working clock 3 days alter and it works great. Here I thought I would be ready for a fight to return a defective product, instead I was treated as if I ordered $1,000 worth of products. Thanks for making it so easy LS&S.
